Refund & Cancellation Policy<\/h1>

    If the client cancels after work has started, we may retain an amount reasonably corresponding to the services already performed and costs already incurred.<\/p>

    4. Scheduled Appointments and Consultations<\/h2>

    For appointments, consultations, meetings, or other scheduled services, clients should provide reasonable advance notice when requesting cancellation or rescheduling.<\/p>

    If a client cancels shortly before a scheduled appointment or fails to attend, a cancellation fee may apply where disclosed before booking.<\/p>

    Where reasonably possible, clients may request to reschedule a service instead of cancelling it.<\/p>
